Development (Walgreens) at 7200 Cedar Lake Road

The project was given the necessary approvals by the City Council and it is anticipated that they will start Construction in late July or August. The final approvals do allow for the Walgreens with a small retail/food store adjacent to it.

30 June 2008 Update re drive-through component

The drive-through was approved.

The darker colored material is brick,
and the lighter colored material is architectural stone. I think that
this building will generally be of a higher quality than a typical
Walgreens building.
