Pool Rules

1. All persons (members and/or guests) are to SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Owners and/or management are not responsible for accidents and/or injuries. An adult must accompany children (at all times) who cannot swim in a proficient manner.

2.General pool hours are from 6:oo AM to 8:30 PM Monday-Friday, and 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM Saturday and Sunday. No one is permitted in the pool facilities outside of these posted hours without prior approval.

3.Only specifically designed swim attire is permitted. Persons wearing questionable clothing item(s)will be immediately asked to refrain from entering the pool.

4. An adult must accompany children under 14 years of age at all times. Children 14 and older are allowed at the pool unaccompanied by an adult.

5. Children who are not toilet trained are REQUIRED to wear "SWIMMIES" or any other product sold on the market that is intended for pool use.

6. Persons with fever, cold, skin, eye, nose, throat, or any other infections, sores and/or other related illnesses are not permitted to use the pool.

7. Pool officials have the discretion to close the pool facilities at any time.

8. No glass containers are permitted within the pool area.

9. No bicycles, roller blades, roller skates, skateboards, scooters, and/or related items permitted within the fenced pool area and/or tennis courts.

10. NO RUNNING, HORSEPLAY, DIVING, ALCOHOL OR SMOKING OF ANY KIND. Violator(s) of these rules may be asked to immediately leave the pool facility.

11. No pets (with the exception of Seeing Eye Dogs and/or other service animals).

12. Member(s) and their guest(s) are required to leave the pool facility in the same condition they found it. Trash created is to be properly disposed of. Failing to do so may result in loss of privileges or fines.

13. Only the pool staff is allowed in the pump or chemical rooms.

14. Misuse and/or damage of the equipment and/or facilities will result in loss of privileges and/or fines.

15. Pool staff has full and final authority on all immediate matters concerning pool use.

16. Representatives, board members, and property management reserve the right to deny the use of the facilities to anyone at any particular time.

17. Flotation devices of any kind are permitted. Anyone who cannot swim and is using a device is required to be within one arm's reach of a supervising adult.

18. Willow Lane Townhome Association, it's officials, and Faith Property Management are not responsible for any lost, stolen, and/or broken items. All valuables are to be properly secured and/or left at home. Items left in the pool area will remain for 48 hours and then be discarded.

19. Willow Lane Townhome Association and/or the management reserve the right to change, modify, and/or amend the above rules at any particular time. Violation of these rules may result in loss of pool privileges.

20. Willow Lane Townhome Association has the discretion to allow unaccompanied guest status to babysitters (age 14 or older), housesitters, and other individuals the Willow Lane Townhome Association deems appropriate. This unaccompanied status will be approved with the issuance of a letter, pass, or any means the Willow Lane Townhome Association deems appropriate.

21. No member(s) will be allowed more than their immediate families and six guests during normal pool hours. No member(s) will be allowed to circumvent this rule by asking other members in order to avoid the proper requirements for party use. No member(s) will be allowed to borrow any other Willow Lane Townhome Association members' keys.

22. Aside from the homeowner's immediate family and their six guests, no more than groupings of 10 guests and members will be able to congregate in any area of the pool at any time.
