Willow Falls HOA

Just over my fence sits an electrical box on a cement block. Apparently some neighbors think this is set up for their use to place unwanted items or garbage to feed animals. Tha HOA can only put a notice in the newsletter saying "don't do this". I'm the one who cleans up their mess. If you know who this is, will you ask them to please stop, or tell me who it is and I will ask them to cease. I'm getting too old and crippled to clean up after them.
