Neighborhood Updates

We are going to change our plan of action for Association meeting. Since it has been very difficult to get people interested in attending our quartly meeting, we have elected to have a meeting-as-needed association. This means that we will only have meetings if necessary otherwise we will communicate through newsletters and e-mail. At this time we are looking for a sponsor for our newsletter to help out with the cost of distribution of the newsletter. We are asking people to still consider paying a membership fee to handle to cost of printing of the newsletter. We plan to mail newletters quartly just the same as we had planned to have meetings. We are hoping that we can get more people involved this way.
Block Party--
We have also decided to get a block party organized this summer. This will be a way to get neighbors together and also more people involved with the neighborhood. This way you can meet your neighbors and see if you have common issues about the neighborhood. If there anything you would like to do to help organize this block party, please let us know.

Neighborhood watch---
If anyone is interested in a neighborhood watch, please contact me. This watch doesn't involve anything but just being alert of things happening around you. We will need to have meetings to give updates, but they can be scheduled whenever we need them and this we will include the information in the following newsletter. I know that is difficult sometimes to do the time needed to do COP, so I thought as least this way we can have more eyes on our neighborhood.

Sign toppers--
It still would be nice to get someone to donated money to get our sign toppers around our neighborhood. If you know of anyone or any business that would like to donate, let me know. Or if you can think of a way for us to raise the money, let me know, also.
