Welcome to Elm Grove Villa Townhomes

We are a 43 townhome neighborhood nestled in a little valley in Security, Colorado. This 55+ community is quiet, well-maintined and a great place to live! We have two common areas for residents to have family getogethers, etc. A sand path offers a walkway to those who enjoy the fresh air of our area, with benches for resting along the way. Many people walk safely on our Elm Grove Drive also.
