Architectural Review Requirements

It is time to remind everyone that if you are going to make any changes to the outside of your home, you need to have it approved by the architectural committee. This includes Fences, satellite dishes, antennas, tool sheds as well as additions.
This request must be submitted in writing with all plans and specs to be included. Obviously it is in your best interest to give them adequate time to review it and approve it.
One of the reasons that we all want to live here and that the home prices have continued to increase is the great job that the architectural committee has done. It is not an easy job but we should all appreciate and support them.
