Last year when the Association contracted with Landscape Consultants, Inc. (LCI) for lawn service, someone failed to inform residents that LCI would maintain (mow and trim) the rear yards at no additional cost to the resident (the cost in included in the contract). LCI uses riding mowers for front lawns and unfenced rear yards, but will use the small hand mowers for fenced yards.
But remember, you must leave your gate unlocked and ajar, pick up toys, debris, etc., and remove dogs from the yard before teh technicians can do their job. Always remember, you are responsible for the safety of the technician while they are on your property.
