A Massey Services technician is on the property every Tuesday, adn applies chemicals around the outside of the units to prevent insects inside the units. If there is a lock on the gate to a fenced rear yard, or on teh gated entryway, please leave it unlocked on the scheduled day, or if the gate is difficult to open, leave it ajar. If you have a serious insect infestation in your unit, the technician will do a special treatment inside your unit on any Tuesday, but you must call Massey (272-1300) by noon Monday to schedule an appointment.
If you make an appointment for interior service, be sure someone is home so the technician can enter your unit. If you have a dog, make sure it is restrained to ensure the safety of any service technicians who need to access your home or yard.
