I am writing to vent on how unfair the Section 8 Consolidation Programs are for subsidizing homes above the median price of homes in New Castle County.I personally feel indignant and outrage to have worked hard to obtain and maintain my home to have Section 8 renters come in feeling resentful towards me and with no vested interest in the neighborhood or the community and they act accordingly.   

Please write to local reps or call them.

I feel the same way. no respect for ones property or morals. Not to say all are bad. but the

majority have no vested interest but to destroy and conquer. We hope to be moving on and out. Don't want to live around this. Brings the neigborhood downnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn. If u wait

around longer it will become a second or third lexington green project.
