Wexford HOA

This home has been abandoned (foreclosed??) for years. It was broken into several times and the garage door was mangled, so the bank(?) nailed plyboard over the garage entrance and the basement egress. There has also been a Warning Notice in the window that stated the house was uninhabitable. The other night a U-haul showed up and people started moving in. The front door lock and handle have been removed and there are HOLES there. A skateboard on the porch and some sneakers. Has the home been sold or do we have illegal "visitors" there now?
