Is the speed flasher on Ontario a sign of another speed bump. Aren't 7 enough?

I sure hope not.
As far as I know the speed flasher was not requested by anyone from CWCA. Normally it would come as the result of a request to the Sherriff's office. The speed bumps are set up by Road & Bridge. |
