Good day to you. Can anyone assist me on a question I have? I have to secure a "letter" from the HOA to the buyer's lender of my house at 6104 Westlane to prove that I am in good standing with the HOA, and all dues are current. How do I secure such a document, or is there another way this is usually done? Thanks.
