The Western Skies Estates Homeowner's Association was turned over to the homeowner's by Trend in March of 1999.

The following board members are currently serving.

President: Mike Manning, term expires 3/2002
Vice President: John Johnson, term exptires 3/2003
Treasurer: Kimberly Pugh, term expires 3/2002
Secretary: David Miller, term expires 3/2001
Member at Large: Tiffany Cloud, term expires 3/2001



The first architectural committee was voted in by the Board of Directors in June of 1999 and include the following members:

Kimberly Pugh, term expires 3/2001
Larry Strand, term expires 3/2001

John Johnson, term expires 3/2001
Dave Harris, term expires 3/2001

If not otherwise specified in the CC&R's, the length of term for architectural committee members shall be 2 years.

Monthly HOA dues are currently $15.00/month. Checks or money orders should include name, address, and lot number and should be mailed by the first of the month to:
