Dues
2008 Dues: Westcliffe Association dues are due by January 31, 2008. If paid after that date there is a $25.00 late fee. The funds need to be available to pay the bills and honor the contracts for the pool and landscaping. Dues that continue to go unpaid are subject to a lien being filed. Homeowners with outstanding dues are prohibited from using the pool.
