Is the neighborhood association doing anything to advise property owners on the current royalty leasing issue?

I too have questions and concerns. I do not see much talk about it on this site. Im wondering if property owners and leaders who have recieved their bonuses are flying under the radar for fear of more misfortunes with this oil and gas company. I would like to see more information about prepared leases for homeowners that could not be at the signing for health reasons.
