Westbrook Manor HOA

We, the Board of the Olde Franklin Town Homeowners Association want to do more to get our members involved and to create something more like block clubs but certainly to make sure that all of us can be reached in an emergency or just to communicate more effectively. So we have been working on a ''phone tree'' to be captained by local leaders. We think this will help make us a better community. What do you think?
