GAS LEASES

DO WE, OR DON'T WE HAVE A DEAL?

Ok, so both Randy and I were present at the latest meeting at the Trinity Cumberland Pres.on 3/26. I was a little surprised to find out we DO NOT have a "FINAL" deal with Dale Resourses. Evidently there are a lot of details to iron out than was previously believed. However, I would like to question why the announcement that "WE HAVE A DEAL" was made so obviously prematurely. We were totally expecting to be directed when and where the "lease signing party" was going to be held. Instead, it turned into a very, very, lengthy Q&A on the very physical aspects of gas drilling.

ARE YOU ON THE LIST???

Well, for anybody that doesn't know for sure (Myself included) if you are on the list of homeowners that our association has been negotiating with Dale Resources for, let me just say, I would have thought by now, the WSNA would have published something on here.
I mean, I hope we are on the list. We have paid our membership dues for 2008, and we even kicked in the $10. extra for the legal stuff. We try to get to all the meetings, but untill we can get someone from the "WSNA" to post at least half the time on this website, we do not know what is going on. If anyone would like to volunteer, please contact Elizabeth Menefee. I know from personal experience that trying to handle business over your personal e-mail can be overwhelming, so I hesitate in trying to send her one about WSNA business
