Watterson Woods Property Owners Association

We live on Loch Lea Lane, right on the edge by the condos.  There is a lot of speeding on this street and there are a lot of children that live here.  People come flying around the corner, and there are trees, so it blocks their view.  This is extremely unsafe.  The neighbors have tried to talk to the police about this, and all they did was put up a sign.  We need to have a speed bump.  Help?
