Warren Woods Homeowners Association Board wants the community input. The board members are writing down ideas for our community. If you have any ideas or input, please contact any Board Member.
So far, we have the following Wish List:

1. New Contractors for common areas
2. Rock Borders around 2 ponds, and possible fountains.
3. Signs to be place around ponds and common areas.
4. Re-evaluate access path to the larger pond/common area.
5. New playground w/privacy fence and residential signs.
6. Annual Meet Your Neighbor Day
7. Bi-annual Clean Up Day for Spring and Fall w/drawings
8. Crime Watch Ice Cream Social
9. Kite Day
10. Feed the Fish Day
11. Beautification Day (Plant a flower/tree day)
12. Welcome Wagon Committee (currently in effect)
13. Quarterly Newsletter w/Personal Services
14. Curb Addresses at all homeowners residence
15. Annual Christmas Light Contest with prizes
