Choice Dates still available

Having a Grad Party? Anniversity or Birthday party and need the Gym? Some choice dates are still available thru the Summer months. Call the WCA office at 637-4606 between 9am and 1pm, and Marty will help you!

Rental rates for the gym and clubroom

Gym party rental rate is $300.00
Refundable $100.00 deposit to confirm your date.
HPD security fee: $137.00, 1 officer for 5 hours. This is also refundable IF HPD does not accept the assignment.

Hourly rate for the gym starts at $25.00 for 1 hour rental
1 1/2 hour @ $27.75
2 hours or more @ $18.50 per hour

Clubroom rate is $16.00 per hour

Renting the WCA kitchen

Kitchen rental rate is $16.00 per hour
Must have Dept. of Health certificate as having received training in the use of a "Commisary Support Kitchen"
