Hi to all interested, we are certainly glad to have you reading about our neighborhood. It is currently a great time to buy in West Towson/Southland Hills. There are some beautiful properties on the market which you can view on the home page. The sales have been strong as well considering the economy. The recent hit at Black and Decker is not very good news and we will miss our Black and Decker neighbors that have been uprooted.  On to good news...the children's Halloween Parade in West Toswon along Park Avenue was again a great success!
