i am being harassed by WEST PLACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION. I have been given cartified letter saying I am in violation of having weed growing on the grass... and that i have to pay they $100 and some other $10 processing fee......i owned this house for 2year now...i cut my lawn every week almost ....i live on (deer meadow dr) and are you having the same problem like me?
