Young fellow stopped by the other day offering a gas lease contract, so the game's in play again after the economic hiaitus. Is there any community organizing around this? 

i have a mtg with someoen from Purple land magmt today cause my first lease expired after 3 years. Going to get an offer. Anyone know what going rate is? I heard that in Haltom City rates are 5-10K signing bonus. Seems high ,but we'll see.

PLand has offered me $1K per acre, which is the lowest offer I have heard of. Anyone managed to get better offers recently? Is the Neighborhood Association currently active in these negotiations?
