I'm wondering if anyone knows what happened that forced Joseph Hines, deputy school superintendent to resign this week? He seems to be hiding behind lawyers, and absolutely no one is talking.

Right back where we started

I haven't heard of anything - but I find this entire situation disturbing. He's only been in office since May - how could he possibly have accomplished anything? It seems his time spent in KC has been a huge waste of time. We are right back where we started - too much instability!!
