The Vistas at Stone Oak

The Vistas of Stone Oak Board of Directors are still looking for suggestions on how to resolve our parking problem. The Board and our management company, ProComm, have received numerous complaints about the congestion in our streets due to resident vehicles.
The Board will be voting on a resolution in the coming month so please voice your opinion/suggestion.

Parking

I chose a floor plan that had a 1 car driveway/garage. I had a good idea I would have a roommate & the roommate would have his own car...therefore, parking in the street was going to be necessary. Had this restriction existed prior to purchase, I would have either chosen a floor plan with a 2 car garage/driveway or not bought a house in this community at all. But this was not a restriction & parking in the street is necessary for me now.
