Dear Condo Association Representative:
I am interested in purchasing a condo in your property with my finacee. However our bank requires a document that breaks down what the condo fee consists of - i.e. of the 391, 100 is for electricity and gas, 50 is for insurance, etc. Do you/anyone have access to a document that breaks these costs down. We would really appreciate it as we would greatly like to purchase the property.
