Vintage at Alamosa Estates

The biggest advantage of creating a sense of community is the opportunity to build relationships with your neighbors. Knowing your neighbors makes the difference between merely residing on a street and living within a community of friends. Other advantages of creating a sense of community include: collective vision, increased communication with the community, increased safety, fun and livability.

Collective Vision

Building a sense of community provides an opportunity for neighbors to share their ideas, thoughts & feelings while working together to make the neighborhood a better place to live and connect as a family.

Having a sense of community increases communication of neighbors and builds bridges between the city and its residents. In building bridges we increase our communication with the community thereby having a clear, organized way to speak with city government. This increased communication enhances our community voice and benefits our neighborhood.

Livability

A neighborhood with a lower crime rate, an immediate sense of community and knowledgeable residents has a high degree of livability. People will likely place a high value on maintaining a home in a community that is organized, fun and livable.
