Great idea! Just heard from some other interested parties and they were thinking the weekend of Friday, April 20th - Sunday, April 22nd.....thoughts?
We still have the signs from last time (need volunteers to get them up early in the AM on the day(s) of the sale)and might also consider running a classified ad (which we also did last time).
Open to any and all ideas, so please post 'em here.
Also, a flyer with details will be mailed to all homeowners (since not everyone is up on this site yet) and also posted at the mailboxes.
Time to clean out that garage, spare bedroom, storage unit, etc....
