Much discussions have taken place over the growth and zoning occuring on the corners of Keller Hicks/Katy and Keller Hicks/Alta Vista.

In addition, talks are occuring surrounding the construction of work being done at Keller Hicks/Old Denton (previously Alta Vista).

Housing Projects

It appears CMJ Engineering will be assisting in the project for multi-family near VOWS. Hence the name, will the entity be considered part of Villages of Woodland Springs?

Acres Inc

Most are already of aware of the tentative discussion of Andy Anderson with the City of Fort Worth to construct a three level mixed use building, which will include multi-family housing.
