Good Morning!

We live in The Villages of Woodland Springs. Our address is ....

The main pool behind our home opened this past Friday, May 5th, 2006.

Of course my two little girls were very excited about getting to swim again.

We arrived at the pool about 4:00PM. My 7 year old daughter was the first and only child to go down the slide that day.

She was injured and scratched from her descent on the slide (no I did not file a report.)

As I took her to the restroom, I noticed that all of the toilets were dirty as well as the floors, walls, and sinks. The soap dispenser is
duct taped to the wall.

I also noticed that one of the overhead umbrellas was missing. These provide much needed shade for children and parents.

I must say that after 8 months of winter, could SBB Management not have found the time to make the necessary repairs to the slide, order
another umbrella, and clean up the bathrooms!

I don't think that is too much to ask of you all since we have been timely paying homeowners since April 2004. I have voiced my concern to
several other homeowners and they prompted me to send this in hopes that you will expedite any necessary repairs and cleanings.

Thank you,

Melissa Dean
