RULES/REGULATIONS FOR USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL AND LAKES
The use of the pool and fishing in the lakes is limited to Members of the Village of Bailey Station Homeowners Association (ASSOCIATION) and their accompanied guests. The term Member, for purpose of these rules only, includes a lawful resident or tenant. Use must be controlled so that the facilities provide safe fun areas for relaxation and pleasure, and insurance premiums are kept within reasonable limits.

POOL AND POOL AREA
1. All ASSOCIATION MEMBERS and their children (18 years or older ) residing with Member will be considered Adult Members.
2. Children of ASSOCIATION Members must be 14 years of age and be able to
swim to be allowed at the pool without an Adult Member.
3. An Adult Member who is responsible for the behavior and safety must
accompany children of ASSOCIATION Members under 14 years of age
and ANY guest.
4. The cost of any property damage caused by Members, their children or guests will be charged to the responsible Member of the ASSOCIATION.
5. The pool hours are 8:30 A.M. to 8:30 P.M.
6. The pool will be open daily from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
7. The pool will be open on weekends only from May 1 to Memorial Day, and from Labor Day through September 30.
8. Entry to be by the east gate only. The Club House and Pool Committee will have the responsibility for the opening and the closing of the pool.
9. Every user is responsible for cleaning up and returning furniture to proper location. Umbrellas are to be lowered on windy days.
10. SWIMMING ALONE IS NOT RECOMMENDED!

THE FOLLOWING ARE PROHIBITED IN THE POOL OR POOL AREA
1. Persons with skin rashes, sores, abrasions or infections of the skin.
2. Food or Alcoholic beverages.
3. Glass or breakable objects.
4. Pets.
5. Climbing of the fence or swimming after the Pool closes.
6. Chewing gum.
7. Running, pushing, handstands, dives, flips, cartwheels, horseplay, etc.
8. Children who are not potty trained or who are still in diapers.
9. Profanity.
10. Suntan oils (non-oil sun screens are OK) and improper swim attire (e.g.,cut-offs).
11. Radios, etc. without a headphone.
12. Vinyl mattresses, rafts and other large flotation devices.
LAKES
Only ASSOCIATION Members and their accompanied guests are allowed to fish in the lakes. Swimming by Members or their pets and the use of floats, boats, rafts, and any other type of flotation device are prohibited on the lakes.
