Hello to whoever; I have interest in a house for sale in the Cedar Ridge area. I'm not familiar with the Vancouver area and was wondering about the neighborhood called the Village at Cedar Ridge. Could or would anyone share the pluses and minuses of the area? The only thing I found in the discussions was complaints of dog poop in front yards and punks roaming the area on bikes. Neither to concerning as both sound like easily solvable problems.
Any other information that could be furnished would be appreciated.

Also the HOA is this just CCR's for the area or is there a community fee attached to this area?
