Village Of Valleyview

Vote !!!!

Posted in: Village Of Valleyview
If you don't want the same things that are happening to the country, Please vote tomorrow for someone who will work for you and not themsleves.

The world cannot go on as it has.

It appears that Valleyview is a lot of stepford wives. You seem to be content to allow the same people to degrade you.

You used to have opinions and care about what happened to you.

Something is very wrong when you are silent on any issue.

It would appear that Valleyview is Utopia, but you know that is no true!!!!

Celebrate

We can once again celebrate democracy in action. Even as important as these races were only 45% voter turnout is terrible. I think turnout in Valleyview was around 33%.

It would cost a person $1.02 to be able to vote early absentee. 39 cents to send in the request and 63 cents to send the ballot back to the board of elections. A person can do it from the comfort of their own home and take the time to understand the issues and make educated votes.

Ohio and the Nation have sent a message. Only hindsight will tell us if the decisions were good for Ohio and the Nation. I am glad to see that Congresswoman Pryce was able to retain her seat in Congress. Her leadership in Congress will be instrumental in the future of the Nation and she has been a great representative for Central Ohio.

Ohio is in for changes. Hopefully the newly elected officials can solve school funding, bring jobs to Ohio and make a bright future for all Buckeyes.

Losses in state races I believe can be directly related to the failed leadership of Governor Bob Taft who should have resigned. His actions hurt the Republican party and those running for office on the Republican ticket.

I wish Ted Stickland and Sherrod Brown good luck in the future.
Well Spoken

The officers in Valleyview have always been Republicans until me.

The elections are supposed to be non-partisan, but they are not. The best for the job is not always elected. I vote for the person not the party. I have voted for some republicans.

I know Mr. Parrish is a republican. I don't know who he voted for in this election.

It was very nice that he said what he did. I hope and pray we are both right.
