With five years of lawsuit stress, we got our settlement! Yippee!

We witnessed the beginning of our repairs in January of this year. And it's still going on. We all know how disappointingly our building was constructed, and we are all aware of how challenging it is for the contractors to make these repairs. One thing learned, construction projects never move quickly. With luck, good weather, and tolerance, perhaps we'll see our building repairs completed before January 2009! (Anyone holding their breath?)

Maybe we should start a lottery/pool? Pick a date and see if you win? Even babies are conceived and born quicker than our lawsuit settlement is taking! But enough whining. Seriously, lets all stay optimistic and gracious with each other and the contractors as we continue this laborious rebirthing.
