I wanted to thank whoever made the decision to let Edward Scissor Hands cut our beautiful PRIVACY PINE TREES from the bottom up 6 feet! I really will enjoy the extra eyeballs into my backyard, the added traffic noise, being able to see everyone who walks and drives by on well traveled Perch Creek Drive. Not to mention how beautiful the cut looks on all the pine trees. I just hope they continue with the project as there are still several stands of pine trees left to be cut from the bottom up. I have paid my dues for the past 14 years on time and have never had an issue with out Maint Corp until now. I would really like to know who made this decision without notifying residents of this ''idea''? I went outside to question the workers on what they were doing and why and got the ''I am just doing what I am told answer''. In order to keep the hood looking uniform they need to cut the rest of the pine trees to match removing most of the privacy from the homes that border Kohls and the homes that back to Wisteria Drive all need their trees cut up 6 feet as well...oh yeah they missed the stand of trees on lower Perch Creek Drive by the water retention pond and just up from Photenia Drive. Thanks again for devaluing my property by removing the PRIVACY TREES PLANTED 14 YEARS AGO BY THE BUILDER! If these are all not being cut as well as to someones brilliant ''master plan'' please advise how this can be remedied or maybe I can get a refund on a portion of this years Maint. Dues?
