Versailles Community

I hope everyone will enter their thoughts- several of us are concerned about the way that committees are handled, the manner in which bids and or references are not explored, and the lack of concern that the Board appears to have in making sure that the homeowners are kept well informed (we aren't) and in making sure quality work is performed for the community at the best price.

Concerns of a homeowner

I too hope that homeowners/residents of the Versailles Community will share concerns about the management of our community. I am concerned about the same things that Valerie has mentioned. I believe that with homeowners working together and sharing concerns with the board that our grounds and homes can be maintained in a way that will increase the value our property but also the value of the quality of life of the community.

I think working together is the key. Any concern a homeowner has should be addressed and a solution should follow. There are many things that the association is responsible for and there are many things that a homeowner is responsible for. Those issues need to be very clear.
