Speed bump on 89th ave??

Posted in: Village at Cedar Ridge
With all of the house starts on 89th ave it is becoming clear that as narrow as the street is with vehicles parked on both sides we have a major problem on our hands... There isn't enough room for two cars to get by and the curve is a bad blind spot.
Would a speed bump there slow people down? Or not? Any ideas?

One Way to Get Speed Bumps

Hi Mark:

I just got around to looking at the web page and saw your question. As
you might know, the North Garrison Heights Neighborhood Association is
pulling together a committee to develop a Traffic Management Plan for
the neighborhood (which includes The Village at Cedar Ridge). We stand
the best chance of getting the speed bump, or some other form of
mitigation, through that process. How about considering becoming a
member of that committee. If you are interested, drop me a note. We
will be holding our "orientation" meeting in mid-May.
