Hello, I have some very important information about this roofing company for all of Porter County.  It was found that this company is not Licensed, Bonded or Insured on a regular basis so please check with your local recorders office before hiring this company.

I've since found that the Owner/Operator: AAA Construction & development- Donald W Phelps was arrested in Portage (Oct 2009) and charged with DUI and possession of drugs.  He currently has a Lake County case oper for DUI as well.
