I Told You !!

Posted in: Village Of Valleyview
I hope Watkins has nothing to do with this site anymore, because this will be deleted. I will copy it so I can use it if it does gets deleted.

I understand that the auditors didn't find that the past council took any money. That makes you know who a liar. How is he doing with that?

Is that why we didn't get sued? He told me once to show him my figures and records. Where is his? I still have mine and will be using them shortly.

I guess Valleyview got what they didn't deserve when they voted for Watkins. I hear he is having some problems. I couldn't be happier. I do feel sorry for the residents who didn't know what he was before they elected him.

I haven't forgotten what they and I have gone through. The publicity was bad, but true.

The past administration under Russolillo owes the tax payers at least $200,000. They will get it back!

I am sorry if this sounds negative to their friends. What they are hiding, I found. Anyone reading this, who know me, also knows that I don't say what can't be proven.

I am Michael Russolillo and Tom Watkins worst nightmare, and they know it. Why else would I be threatened?

Sweet dreams!

The Audit Report

The audit report from the State Auditor has not been released. The Auditor has completed the report and has meet with Council to allow the Council to comment on the report before its release.

Below is the link to the State Auditor's Office website. Audits are released on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You can check the site on those days to see what reports have been released and as soon as I learn of its release I will post it here on this website with a link to the report.

http://www.auditor.state.oh.us/

Until the report is officially released by the State Auditor I may not comment on it. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me or post your questions here. Some answers may have to wait until the report is released.

I know of no problems currently in the Village that Ms. White is claiming. The Village Council has passed the Temporary Appropriations for 2005 which provides for a paid Police Department in 2005. The Parks Budget has been increased and the needs of the Village have hopefully been addressed.

After the 1st of the Year I will post a list of accomplishments for 2004. More like a recap of 2004 and also present some plans for 2005. If you have any questions about the appropriations please contact me. If you have any questions about what others may claim please post them here or email me directly.
Not the Village

Paul,
I didn't say the Village was in trouble, I said Watkins.

He is going to be in more!

I intend to force his former employers to tell publicity what they told me.
Or I am sending the information to the media in Columbus and the Messenger.

How do you think I found out where he used to work and why he is no longer there?

You didn't believe it and backed Watkins.

I Can Only Read What You Wrote

Ms. White I never used the term ''trouble'' nor did you in your original posting. The term that you used was ''problems''. I would surmise that most everyone has some type of problem or another. Everyone works through those problems and solves them. Now you are using the term trouble which holds a different meaning. We can only go by what you wrote not by what you meant Ms. White.

It is also sad that you take delight in someone's problems.

I do not really care how you found out your ''information'' Ms. White. You have been know to tape conversations and represent yourself falsely to others to gain information. What information you have gathered has to have the source considered and how it was obtained. You present a lot of heresay and until the information is provided by the individual with the first hand knowledge I will consider who is providing the information.

As to believing Mr. Watkins. I believed and still do that given the candidates to chose from that Mr. Watkins was the best choice. Yes I did back Mr. Watkins and even served as the treasurer for his campaign. I continue to support him as the Mayor and in my position as Council Member I will support Mr. Watkins in helping him accomplish what I believe to be in the best interests of the Village.

I work with the other five members of the Council to insure that the needs of the Village are met. Once Council makes a decision it is the responsibility of the Mayor to see that those decisions are implemented. It is the responsibility of the Council to insure that money is spent for the proper purpose and in the proper amount. That is what is happening and I thank the other members of Council for their hard work and dedication to the Village to see that things are done properly.

The current Village Council is not waiting to react to situations but is putting things in place to help insure that the situations that have happened in the past are not repeated. Policies have been put in place to prevent mis-spending and misuse of Village property. More policies are being reviewed for future consideration. Unlike past Councils who only accused and spoke of alledged misdeeds and did nothing to prevent those actions from happening again the current Council is taking steps to prevent misuse and to provide employees and officials with policies detailing what is acceptable and what is not. Violating the policies of the Village could mean termination of employment or charges filed against officials.

The Village of Valleyview has made great strides in 2004. The new Mayor and the Council have worked together to come up with solutions that benefit the residents of this Village. Not always does each side get what it wants. There have been and will continue to be differences of opinion between the Mayor and Council. Each cannot lose sight of what they are working for, the best interests of the Village.
