I had a party and more than one person asked for this recipe. I don't like sauerkraut, but do like this recipe so try it once.

Reuben dip

16 oz Sauerkraut
8 oz Shredded Swiss
8 oz Cream cheese
2 pkg corned beef cut to bite size.

Put in crock pot and melt.
Take about 1 ½ hours

Serve with rye or pumpernickel bread
Toasted or not.
