Just wanted to let everyone know that for the first time in 20 years of living in our neighborhood some stole all of our Halloween decorations on Monday night. We do a large grave yard and we had more than $500 worth of decorations stolen. Very upsetting. We live between Fulton and Coldwater and Moorpark and the Freeway. Also, I wonder, do I report this to anyone?
