Valencia Northpark HOA

If you a have a pre- 1999 car that is sitting in your driveway or on the street in front of you home or as a matter of fact in front of others get it the hell off the street. This isnt Saugus. The HOA should be doing just that, but doesnt seem to be. They voted out the guy a few years ago now the neighborhood is slowly filling up with renters and with the yards not being mowed and junk cars and boats all over the place, its beginning to feel like a trailer park. Get it together and start enforcing the HOA..
