Some workers from a company called Utiliquest were on our street (Brandy Hall Lane) marking the lawns with orange paint.  I assume this is a prelude to some digging, but I don't know what the purpose is.  Does anyone know?

I tried calling Utiliquest (they have a web site), but they don't answer the phone.
