Update 1988 Community Plan
Yes, the Uptown Community Plan is from 1988 and needs to be updated ASAP, as ''infill'' is all the rage with developers (see the ''Paseo'' project and the many proposed, soon-to-be-coming to your quaint historic neighborhood) in the Uptown area.
Who will pay for this? The City has no money...projects are rubber-stamped by Uptown Planners, the Planning Commission and City Council. We need to either change the Community Plan, Zoning or have this issue on the ballot.
