FasTracks is coming!

Expansion of transportation choices in Denver

For the past five years RTD along with business leaders, community activists, and local governments has been working on a plan to expand transportation choices in the Denver Metro Area.

This plan, FasTracks, has 119 miles of light rail and commuter rail, expanded suburb to suburb bus service, Bus Rapid Transit along the US 36 Corridor, 21,000 new parking spaces, and 31 new park-n-Rides.

On April 21st, DRCOG (Denver Regional Council of Governments) is scheduled to vote on the FasTracks plan. Once we have secured the ballot language, we will be ready to petition!! FasTracks requires approximately 35,000 signatures to go on the ballot. We are relying on a community-based, grassroots effort to gather these signatures.

We need your help to get FasTracks on the ballot! You can:
•Become a Team 100 leader - agreeing to gather 100 signatures
•Become a Team 12 leader – agreeing to gather 12 signatures in 12 days
•Volunteer on the campaign

Please visit the website at www.fastracks.org for more information on petitioning, volunteering, donating or general information on the FasTracks plan.
