Here is an outline of some of the construction activities for next week:
* Continued work on Washington Bridge, fencing and sidewalks
* Removing pavement, excavating, grading along old SB lanes between Logan and Franklin both day and night
* Continued work on the new bridges at Colorado and Hampden
* Caisson drilling for Hampden LRT tunnel will switch from the south side to the north side. Drilling will be in the day and associated hauling will be at night.
* Continued work on the Ulster LRT Bridge will require closure every night from 7 pm to 5:30 am
* Continued work on the Parker LRT Bridge that may require some night closure and the girders for that bridge will be set in the middle of the month, which will require closures on Parker.
* The SB I-25 to NB I-225 flyover will be closed Wed April 7 at 10 pm for crews to work on barrier rail.
* The Frontage Rd between DTC and Yosemite along NB I-225 will be closing for several months beginning next week for reconstruction work.
* Continued work on the Southmoor LRT platform both day and night.
* Crews will be working in the Southmoor Park-n-ride beginning next week, the work will include changes to bus loop. The work involves breaking up concrete during the day and hauling it away at night.
* Construction of the terraced walls at Belleview interchange will require nighttime closures of Belleview.
* S. Buchtel between Louisiana and Ogden will remain closed for reconstruction work.
* Work on Jewell between Bellaire and Colorado Club office building to make it 2-way will begin next week.
* Soundwalls installation will continue between Yale and Hampden on the west side of I-25.
* Work around the Cherry Creek Spillway will continue.
* The Belleview on-ramp to SB I-25 will be closed for the weekend, beginning Friday night April 2 at 8 pm and reopen on Monday morning by 5:30 am. Crews will be paving the ramp. Motorists can access SB I-25 at Orchard
* EB & WB Belleview will be closed every night next week for work on the terraced walls in the interchange.
* EB & WB Arapahoe and the ramps will be closed every night next week for ramp and LRT bridge work.
* The Dry Creek off-ramp from NB I-25 will be closed for the weekend beginning at 8 pm Friday April 2 and reopening by 5:30 am on Monday April 5 for paving work. Motorists can use Arapahoe or County Line. The Dry Creek on-ramp to SB I-25 will be closed Sunday night for paving.
* The NB I-25 on-ramps at County Line will be closed Sunday night.

Look for construction activities in the following areas:
* Dry Creek off-ramp from NB I-25 will be closed Friday night through Monday morning for grading work. Motorists can exit NB I-25 at either Arapahoe or County Line.
* EB Colorado Center Drive will be closed all day on Saturday beginning at 5 am to pour the top on the east side of the Colorado LRT Tunnel.
* NB I-25 will be closed Sunday night from 9 pm to 5:30 am, Tuesday morning from 1 am to 5:30 am, Tuesday night from 9 pm to 5:30 am from Hampden to Santa Fe for a traffic shift between Franklin and Logan.
Traffic will be moving to the east. Motorist should use the traditional Hampden to Santa Fe detour.
* SB I-25 will be closed Monday morning from 1 am to 5:30 am, Monday night from 1 hour after the Nuggets Game to 5:30 am, Tuesday night from
1 hour after the Avs Game to 5:30 am from Santa Fe to Hamden for a traffic shift between Logan and University. Traffic will be moving to the east. Motorist should use the traditional Hampden to Santa Fe detour.
* Evans off-ramp from NB I-25 will be closed Monday, Wednesday and Thursday nights for drainage work across the ramp. The ramp will close at 9 pm and reopen by 5:30 am the next morning. Motorists can exit at Yale or Colorado.
* Ulster will be closed in both directions Friday night and Sunday thru Thursday for work on the LRT bridge. They will be hanging girders on that bridge.
* SB I-25 to NB I-225 flyover will be closed on Sunday thru Friday at night for the girder installation on the Ulster LRT bridge and preparation work for the implosion.
* WB Arapahoe to SB I-24 loop ramp will be closed Monday thru Thursday nights from 9 pm to 5:30 am for work on the LRT bridge.
* EB Arapahoe to SB I-25 ramp will be closed Monday thru Thursday nights from 9 pm to 5:30 am for work on the LRT bridge.
* Arapahoe off-ramp from SB I-25 will be closed Monday thru Thursday nights from 9 pm to 5:30 am for work on the LRT bridge.
* Dry Creek off-ramp from SB I-25 will be closed Thursday night for work on the LRT bridge.
* County Line will be closed in both directions Monday - Thursday nights as well as the County Line SB off-ramp.
* Yosemite off-ramp from southbound I-225 will be closed Monday night.
* The frontage road between DTC and Yosemite along NB I-225 will be closed Sunday night a possibly other nights next week.
* University will reduced to one lane in each direction Wednesday and Thursday nights.
* There is drainage work being done by the Southmoor LRT platform and platform work will begin next week.
* There will be wall work day and night up and down the I-25 and I-225 corridors.
* There will be excavating, grading, and hauling work throughout the
I-25 and I-225 corridors both day and night.
* Work continues around the Logan Bridge and the expected opening date is April 1.
* South Buchtel will be closing for about 2 months beginning on March 29 from Louisiana to Ogden.
* Work continues on the Colorado and Hampden Bridges with work on the center piers and abutments.
* Caisson drilling continues for the LRT tunnel under Hampden as well as paving around the Hampden SB on-ramp.
* There will be shift in traffic flow at the Southmoor park-n-Ride starting April 4.
* Work will be continuing of Parker Rd on the LRT bridge.
* Work around I-225 and the Cherry Creek Spillway will also be continuing

We will be imploding 2 bridges in the I-25/I-225 Interchange on Saturday morning March 27. The following closures will be associated with that work.
Southbound I-25 traffic will be reduced to two lanes between Yale Avenue and Hampden Avenue and all traffic will be stopped just north of Hampden Avenue at about 7 a.m. Motorists will be stopped for about 15 minutes during the implosion and will be permitted to continue when it is safe to do so.
· The Hampden Avenue on-ramp to southbound I-25 will be closed the morning of Saturday, March 27, and will remain closed until motorists are permitted to travel through the area following the implosion.
· Northbound I-25 traffic will be reduced to two lanes between Orchard and Belleview and all traffic will be stopped just south of Belleview Avenue at about 7 a.m. Motorists will be stopped for about 15 minutes during the implosion and will be permitted to continue when it is safe to do so · The Belleview Avenue on-ramp to northbound I-25 will be closed the morning of Saturday, March 27, and will remain closed until motorists are permitted to travel through the area following the implosion.
· Southbound I-225 traffic will be stopped east of DTC Boulevard at about 7 a.m. and remain stopped for about 15 minutes during the implosion. When traffic resumes, motorists will only be able to use the southbound I-225 to northbound I-25 ramp, as the south-to-south tunnel
will remain closed throughout the weekend.
· The DTC Boulevard on-ramp to southbound I-225 will be closed the morning of Saturday, March 27, and will remain closed until motorists
are permitted to travel through the area following the implosion.

* As soon as weather permits (possibly Sunday night), there will be lane closures on SB I-225 to shift traffic from the Cherry Creek Spillway to Dayton. The lane closures will begin at 9 pm and re-open by 5:30 am the next morning with traffic shifted to the outside.

* There will be lane and ramp closures on Arapahoe Road in both directions the nights of Monday, Feb 9 and Tuesday Feb 10 to complete drainage work in the area. Closures will begin at 8 pm. During these overnight closures of Arapahoe, motorists should use Yosemite Street, Dry Creek Road and Clinton Street to detour around the work.

* Dry Creek Road and the southbound off-ramp will have a full closure on the nights of Wednesday Feb 11 and Thursday Feb 12 for work on the LRT bridge. Sunday through Tuesday nights, there will be lane closures. Closures will begin at 9 pm. During these closures, motorists should use Arapahoe Road or County Line Road.

* There will be full closures on Ulster under I-225 every night next week (Sunday - Thursday) beginning at 7 pm for work on the LRT bridge.

* County Line Road and ramps will be closed Sunday night for work on the LRT bridge. Closures will begin at 9 pm. During these closures, motorists should use Dry Creek Road.

* Look for closures on Evans Ave over the next 2 weeks. There will be one lane in each direction open while we connect a water line to the new bridge. The work will begin at 9 pm with all lanes re-opening by 5:30 am the next morning.

* Look for a traffic shift at the Logan and Mississippi intersection.

* Belleview on-ramp to SB I-25 and the off-ramp from NB I-25 will be closed Sunday night from 8 pm to 5:30 am Monday.

* Sunday thru Thursday nights Feb 8 & 12, the Yale Avenue off-ramp from northbound I-25 will be closed. The work on the sound walls will begin at 9 pm with the ramp re-opening by 5:30 am the next morning.

* Friday morning Feb 13, southbound I-25 will be closed from Santa Fe to Hampden from 1 am to 5:30 am as well as the left lane of northbound I-25 under the Colorado Blvd Bridge for work on the reconstruction. Southbound motorist during this overnight closure, southbound through traffic should take I-70 to either C-470 or I-224. Local traffic will be directed to use Hampden Avenue and Santa Fe Drive to detour around the closure.

* Next weekend Friday night Feb 13 at 7 pm thru Monday morning Feb 16 at 5:30 am the SB on and off-ramps at Orchard Rd will be closed to do paving and barrier moving.

* Feb 16, S. Buchtel will close between Louisiana and Ogden for approach work for the Emerson Bridge. This closure will be in place several weeks

* Look for wall work to continue up and down the corridor.

* As always there will be paving, excavating, and hauling up and down the corridor day and night.

* Construction on the new bridges at Colorado and Hampden is beginning, look for caisson drilling in both areas.
