We have had a broken "open" cable box for over a year behind a neighbor's home. We drive by it every day and it is not only unsightly but could be hazardous to children playing in the area. Does anyone know how to contact someone to replace this box? I called the "cable burial notification office" whose phone number was on the box but they said "contact the owner of the box." There is no owner specified on the box.
