Wm. Hall, VP for student affairs at OSU will speak on initiatives related to student activities in the neighborhoods. He will discuss OSU's efforts to collaborate with the city , and neighborhood and student groups to improve neighborhood relations, including strict law enforcement, the new ''neighborhood patrol'' and Party Smart and Late Night programming.
