Is Education a Right or a Priviledge?

Most people would say education is a "right". If this is so, why does that same "right" result in parents opting out of the classroom setting for fear of harm to their children. Why doesn't that "right" extend to all children the opportunity to learn in our classrooms?

Children who are bringing violence into the classrooms should be banned from the schools.

Once they are no longer following the rules that allows for the safety and learning of all students, they should be banned from the schools.

The parents should become responsible for the education of the child who choose violence over learning.
