Has anyone else noticed the increase in dogs barking during the late night hours? It has got to the point where you can't even go to bed with the windows open unless you're willing to listen to a dog bark all night long. Case in point, the residents of 3760 Valleylights went on vacation in late August leaving their Great Dane to bark all night long for over two weeks. And here it is 2am on a Wednesday morning and I'm listening to a barking dog at 1430 Valley View. I'm tired of it. It's going to stop. I've begun a petition process with the city of Pasadena District Attorney's office and the Pasadena Humane Society to declare these barking dogs as a nuisance. Once this has happened, the dogs will be removed from the homes.
